Scientific notations

Hi. Is there a way to save 24-digit numbers in a CSV file, so Excel will not change those into scientific notations. I know hot to import and open such a file, so that those will be shown as 24 digits...
But this is for a client faced application and what I'm looking for is a solution where a client opens the csv file and without extra steps the 24-digit numbers will be shown as the 24- digits number and not scientific notations. It needs to be a file format for Excel (no .txt !) Is this possible? Any help here is appreciated!
