Saving a custom color in Excel 2010

Hi all,

I work in a consultancy firm. Therein I am required to prepare various annexures and tables.

While preparing these tables i have to apply a particular custom color on each table that I prepare.

Now the problem is that I follow the following lenghty procedure every time I prepare a new table to a add a custom color:-

1.I go to Font group in home ribbon

2. Then in Fill color I select more colors.

3. Then I select custom color and fill in the custom RGB combination as defined by my Company.

Problem arises because this custom color does not get stored in the default list of custom colors. And thus whenever I work on a new excel workbook, I have to follow the above procedure to add my custom color.

So the solution that I am looking for is - whether there is a way I can save my custom color and use it in as simple way as adding a color from the given list of color in the fill color option. That is a want to include the custom color in the default list of colors.(I want it to be same as adding a red color or yellow color)?

Also if the above is not possible is there any other way by which the process that I follow could be reduced?

Open a new blank worksheet then go to options when it opens click on save when that window opens click on the colours button at the bottom and help yourself.
