Return Duplicate values using Large function

Greetings,

In the attached file I have two columns. One column has a % and the next column has a name. In my data set, there will be multiple instances where the %'s are equal. I want to return the top 3 results by % along with the corresponding name. D3:D5 shows the exact results that I'm looking for.

Any help would be fantastic. Thanks
