Required a suitable formula for the attached file

Dear Friends,

Could you please help me out to get an appropriate formula for the attached workbook? Here in H Cell, the formula mentioned was correct, however need to add another condition as if G3 >=0 ( For Minus Figures) then H3 should also become zero. Please note that rest of the formula is correct but the new condition to be added for the existing. Hence, kindly help me out in this regard.

I am not sure I have understood you ; do you mean this ?

=IF(G3<=0,0,IF(AND(A3<=500000,G3<=2000),G3,IF(A3>500000,0,2000)))

erroneously mentioned greater than sign instead of lesser than , you are correct.
