Replicate data from march to april for the financial year

@Dear All,

I want to generate a report which contain the data of Financial year from March to April.

For example, in cell A1, display the date Apr 13 and +30 will make May 13 and so on. So, till the end of financial year i.e, till April 14, 12 times I have to add +30 in order to make different heads for all 12 months. Then Text (date) and Copy paste value.

Can you provide us a function to generate the same without doing the +30, copy, paste functions with single command / macro.

Hi ,

The standard way to get the months is to enter April 1, 2013 in the first cell , and get the remaining months using the EDATE function , =EDATE(first_cell,1).

Format these date cells to display what ever you want.

What is the reason for using the Text function and copy + paste ?

Hellow.

I was not aware of this function.

Initially, it not worked. But taken help from internet and understood Tools + Add ins + Analasis Tool Pak to be activated. By doing so, it worked.
