Reducing and /or increasing values by 5%

I have created a spreadsheet for wind loads and beam spacing - Lets call it 150 B now I would like to create 150 C I would like to take all the values and reduce them by 5% - can't I create a macro or formular to do this for the whole sheet instead of retyping all values.

Type 0.95 into a cell.

Copy that cell

Select cell you want to reduce.

Paste Special - Multiply

Done.

All cells are now reduced by 5%
