Re-Phasing Calendar

We get our forecast as per gregorian calendar

ProductA Jan 5000units

ProductA Feb 7000units etc


WE run MRP by calendar weeks and follow a 4-4-5 week pattern. Which means there will be a overflow of days across calendar months. A week begins on saturday and ends on a friday. example Feb 2012 starts on 28th Jan and ends on 24th Feb.


The problem - i need to redistribute the forecast volume proportionately across the weeks. in the example Feb volume should be redistribute as (5000/31*4+7000/29*24)/4 = per week forecst for feb. My actual data is for 250products over 100customers.


Any help?
