Does anyone have experience with a profitability waterfall chart? What I am looking to do is take say $100K as my delta. Then I have four categories that are part of that $100K and represent a total percentage of margin. So say Flour is worth $40K and is above gross margin so that would be above the delta line of $100K and would have a column width that is thick based on it is made up more of the business. Then you would have cereal say that is only 5% of the business and the GM is below the delta margin. So that box would fall below the delta line. Let me know if you have any examples?
