Plotting music notes or (circles) on a music staff

I would like to create a music staff (5 lines and 4 spaces) in Excel. Then I would like to plot notes on the lines and spaces of the staff.

I don't have to plot actual notes. In fact I prefer to plot a circle with a letter inside of the circle to indicate the name of the note.

I couldn't find anything on this. Is this possible?
