Pivot Table - How I can group data in column by quarterly

Dear experts

need to compare two years data in quarterly format, but my dates are in row rather than in column. I cannot find any group function for dates in row, could anybody can do me favour? any solution?

As my real data is linked to different sheets and have thousands items, it is quite difficult for me to change the format in master sheet.

In attached file there are two approach one is itself in pivot and another by formula.
