Pivot Conditional formatting

I have a pivot in Tabular format.
and have 2 queries related.
Query 1

I have Manager and under that Employees.
I have also selected option to leave a blank row after every Manager.
Their parameters are listed and have conditional formatting with colours like red and green, I have selected conditional formatting for this pivot table for all Employees with their respective parameters.
It works fine, however the empty row which I have after Manager sometimes shows red and sometimes green, please let me know, why its happening and how can I get ride of this.

Query 2

for the same pivot table I have selected the option to shows errors and zero as "--".
However they are green in color which is not correct as per conditional fotmating.
I guess they should match the colour of the pivot table.
