Pending List of Payment

In the attached excel need a seperate list of pending persons who had not done payment under condition if the Dwelling status is Yes & also the number of months they have not made the payment.need a macro to run this and generate a list.If possible a Bar chart to represent the same.

Because
#1 if the Dwelling status is Yes
- none Yes.
#2 the number of months they have not made the payment
- there are eight months ... where are payments?

Could You explain other words - what do You really need?
