Past to next cell with button

Hello,

I'm looking for a solution to paste to next cell and display a button to run macro. I would like a macro that copies the chart (last, First, Date of service, and code) and pastes it. I would like it to skip one row and then paste it. Ex. In the workbook I've included I would like it to paste in row 12. There are times when I will need to do this multiple times. Would be nice if there was a button to make it easier to do. Thanks.
