over write or over paste

suppose i have some data in a1 & b1.every one of us know that when we over write or paste other data in a1 & b1,the previous or existing data will eliminate.i am looking some formula or tricks that the previous data of a1 & b1 will automatically run down at a2 & b2 when the new data is typed or pasted in a1 & b1.
 
Sorry it cant be done

You could use a macro to lock the existing data and highlight the next cells

when a button is pressed or the file is saved or closed
