hey arun the dropdown doesn't shows the list? it is just showing only one month??? I had written this for u u can check =IF(D3=D4,E9,IF(D3=E4,F9,IF(D3=G4,G9,""))) in d6 but it is not giving the ouput ...as u want....

Try this in cell D6:
=LOOKUP(2,1/SEARCH(MAX(($D$4:$Q$4<D4)*$D$4:$Q$4),$D$4:$Q$4),$D$9:$Q$9)
