I have code that prints out a sheet, but when I print from my tablet (Surface) the labels don't line up. Therefore I want to disable printing from the tablet, and allow printing only from my laptop. I am hoping there is code for this, but I don't know what it would be.
 
I don't own one and not familiar with limitations etc.

But, you should be able to place a dummy file in some folder and first check if file is present, if it is, turn off the code.

FYI - You'd probably have better luck asking Surface specific forum.
