Nested If with multiple criterias to eb eligible for incentives

I would appreciate if I could get some assistance in computing using a nested formula or any smarter way for a store to be eligible for incentives once they hit their tiers.

Good pick up Nebu. The answer to the last one should be 0. As sales & wages fall under Tier 1, if any one of that argument fails , they will not be eligible for tier 1 bonus.

In the last example all variables fail the eligibility criteria.

Will the formula change in that case.
