need to create process bar with different data critera

Hi,
I'm working with a client to create a dashboard. They want a timeline progress bar with milestones and the ability to drill down and see what task are not complete causing the milestone not to go to 100%. I tried to go the simple route with slicers but the wont a progress bar with milestone that are clickable. Attached is the spreadsheet data is under the data tab. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should try and convince your client not to go in for this , since it involves some amount of VBA.
