I have a list of email ID's on 2 diff columns (Column A & Column B).the requirement is to Vlookup values from ColumnA in Column B and if an exact match is found " the result is to be displayed as keyword "...

The Formula i have used sorts and vlookups the data, the results displayed are either " N/A" or displays the value as available on Culmn A...

I would want to display the result as a keyword rather than wats seen on column A

Sheltan "Need help" says nothing about your problem, forum members have different areas of skill in Excel and they also have a busy life away from the board, if they do not see a post title that interests them, such as yours, they will skim by. you need to grab their attention with more descriptive post title.

Just look at other post titles. not many say "Need help", and they will get an answer that is related to their question as others will be able to see if they can help.

Can you use a simple IF statement to match and display?
