Need help on Shift Roster

Hello All,

Needing your help here i have attached a file for reference...

My Requirement are as below.

W is Working , WO is Weely off

3 shift which is
A1 to A10 are shift members

Default A2 and A1 are shift leads who will get there Weekly off on every Saturday and Sunday

A4 will be defaultly in 6.30 t0 15.30 shift for life..

Same team member will not get the WO for next month

this as to be in shuffle more considering above requirement..

Does this technique shown here using custom lists help you
You would set up a list as W, W, W, W, W, WO, WO
