Need Help!! Group and Sort Pivot Table

I have been successful at grouping this Pivot table. My problem is that once the table is grouped by month the table is not taking into consideration the day and the year. The time period is from 1/1/2015 to date.

Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks. -Jim

Hi Jim ,

When you go into the Group dialog , click on Months , and then keeping the CTRL key pressed , click on Years.

I have not done anything special , all I have done is what Narayan has mentioned in his post. Select group by Year, Month, Day and hour to get the layout I have uploaded in my post. Follow this link, here they have discussed how to do multiple grouping.
