Dear Awesome Readers/ Supporters/ Helpers,

Trying to automate some tasks but could not figure out how... probably require multiple ifs and some lookups.. mega formula.

Please see my data with problem description in the attached file. Any solution or suggestion to a right direction would be of great help.
