need a formula or macro

hi all,
I am looking for a formula or macro to solve the problem, in a sheet I am starting a number say '500', the same number will be continue for next 9 rows and then blank a single one, again the number at next row will be '501' and continue for next 9 rows and a blank row again. it will continue may be for next 200 numbers or more. I have given below the link of a sample file for your reference and also attached herewith.

Try =IF(MOD(ROW(A1),10)=0,"",INT(ROW(A1)/10)+500) and then fill down
