Name label in excel-Thread closed

Dear Gurus,

Kindly suggest me how to enable name label function similar to the attachment.
It is not the comment function.
I received a file from a user which is like...it describes what are the contents that need to be filled in the empty blank space in the cell that is clicked.
I have marked the label in blue.

Hi Vignesh ,

This is done using Data Validation ; the data itself is not validated ; under Settings , you choose Any Value , but in the Input Message tab , you can enter the message you want to be displayed when ever the cell is selected.
