Multiple tab sum problem (SUMPRODUCT?)

Please can anyone help!! I'm trying to find a solution on this site and just can't seem to interpret the answers for my needs. Uploaded file shows that I am trying to total up supplier costs against project codes (EC001 etc) across the two tabs. Can anyone provide a solution for me.. I'm running out of time!

Pivot table is easiest solution.

If you need formula solution. SUMIFS will work.
