Message box or Userform, on top of other application.

Hi Guys,
I created a timer to notify the user that he needs to log every 30 mins.
What i need Is a code that will pop out my msg box or form on top of other application once 30 mins has been consumed even if the user is using different application like IE application. Any one encountered this, Is this possible for Excel 2013?

Hi ,

Using Excel to do this is not correct ; use the Task Scheduler to set this up. It is explained here :
