Hi ,

Can you explain which cell(s) should have formulae , and how the result of the formulae should be derived using the input data that you have in your workbook ?

Hi ,

Sorry , but nothing is clear.

In column C , you already have some values ; what are these values , and how have you arrived at them ?

Hi ,

So what is it that you want to do with these values ?

If these values are in column C , then how can the formula also be in column C ?

I am sorry , but unless there is a clearer explanation , I am not able to help.

Hi,

If I understood it correctly, downtime can be calculated by the difference of resolved and opened. But to calculate MTTR, I think you will also need date & time of respond to the call.
