Matching Records in two Sheets

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are fine and doing great. It has been a while that I posted a question on this forum....

Please refer to attached file, I am trying match records of file attached. There are two sheets, each sheet has following similar or near to similar criteria

• PPO No.
• Names

What are the possible and easy way to reconcile them? I know an exact match isn't possible with the available data, I'm looking for a closest match between the two sheets where above two fields gets matched.
