Match cells depending upon data from another cell

Hi,


I am working on a spreadsheet which has got research recruitment figures for every single research study but it lacks research specialities which are in another spreadsheet. Only thing that I can use to match studies are reference numbers for studies. I want to put the formula in column AO of sheet 2 and reference numbers are in column B & D of sheet 1 and sheet 2 respectively.



So in a nutshell I want to have speciality for each study in sheet 2 using reference (sheet 1 column B) and speciality (sheet 1 column J)
