Mass update file names and tags

  1. Each file in a folder I have begins with 'XYZ .' I want to remove 'XYZ ' and replace with a blank.
  2. I want to add a tag 'XYZ' to all these files in File Explorer.
Is it possible to do these two things?
 
? That's not related to Power BI, Power Query...

Don't think I'd be able to answer your question without more details.
