Macro/VB solution to auto-send emails based on dates in excel file

Hi! I am hoping for a macro/vb solution to send auto-emails to a certain set of email contacts based on the dates mentioned in an excel file. The dates correspond to deliverables that are due, but have/have not been submitted on those respective dates. The file can be sent to you if you would like to review the same. A preceding email message would also need to go in the auto-email.

The email message would read something like this:
Dear Team,
Below is the list of delayed Activities of the project as of today, 042 Jan 2015.
Total delay on each item is also highlighted. Please submit the pending documents without further delay.

Trailer no. Item Activity Due Date 1st delayed date 2nd delayed date 3rd delayed date Total days of delay Status

A Tank Detailed design 26/12/2014 04/01/2015 Received on 20/12/2014
Best regards,

In other words, the email would automatically extract the content of the rows where the macro has identified delay based on the current date and automatically create and send an email to the team highlighting the deliverable that was due and the delay (the entire row/rows from the excel file).

Is there a macro you could help me with to make this possible? Attached is the list of sample data.

Thanks so much for your assistance.

For the sake of clarity:

1. The VB/Macro should automatically check for documents that have been delayed based on current (today's) date and the dates that are mentioned in the columns.
2. It should then auto-send an email to a list of addresses with the text as shown in my previous email.
3. The text should also contain the rows from the excel file that correspond to the docs that have been delayed.
4. The emails should go out with this information on a daily basis till the respective docs are submitted.
5. All the above should be automatic or triggered by me just opening the excel file.
