MAcro for Sending Mails with attchment

Dear All, Can anyone help me out with MACRO for sending mails every month with specified text.
My requirement is every month I have to send a reminder mails and thanking mails to the contributors ( List around 500 to 1000 ) , now I am doing this task manually like typing the Message and sending mail to the individual contributors.

Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.
