Locate associated chart data - Reverse Engineer

Your given data has daily capacities 0, 700, 1400, 2100 & 2800 per wc.
eg 21-Feb-2022 has four wcs with 3x700 and 2100 capacities.
eg 22-Feb-2022 has 0, 1400 and 2800 capacities.

My charts shows Monthly sums.
eg Feb-2022 has 142 wcs.

For me, something Your ... 700-value ... won't match.
 
In the Capacity_JP.xlsb that I sent attached; in CHART DATA tab I changed all cells in Column N "Capacity" to 700 hours, so that the GROUP will calculate the monthly capacities.

The CHART tab most closely represents what we need. Can we add a Capacity LINE, and Labor COLUMNS?
