Is there a formula to convert birthdates to age displaying >20

I used the DateIF formula =DATEDIF(C16,NOW(),"Y") to convert a birthdate to today's current age. I am looking if there is a way to have it display for anyone under 20 in this manner >20?

Your sign says Greater than 20? Don't you mean you want to display anyone under 20 like this;

<20

L is for Less than, the arrow points to the Left <

=IF(DATEDIF(C16,NOW(),"Y")<20,"<20","")
