Inserting value throug another cell

In the file attached below, I want to enter the bill no.
As soon as I enter the bill no. the billed amount & the paid amount will be displayed for the corresponding bill no. I can update both the entities through other cells. Submit button can be optional or any better idea is welcomed.

Your comment in cell K3 says that,
"I will insert bill no. here. If any amount id present it will be shown in the below cell."

So amount is present means what amount, Billed amount, amount paid or amount due?

So you want which amount to be shown and what amount to be updated? Because you cannot do the two things in one cell. The formula will show and you have to update in the cell next to it.

Okay, Help to update value through another cell.
Need both display and update features, doesn't matters from which cell.
 
Debraj it would be great if you could help me to get it a more modified.
like is shows an error message when an unmatched bill no. is entered, it would be great if it can show a popup message for conforming with the corresponding name & vehicle no. of the bill no. entered. If confirm button is clicked then the cells for updating the amount will be unlocked, else the will remain locked.

please help a bit more.
