If Statement from Date to Date Ranges

could you please help me with If Statement formula from Date to Date Ranges to Determine the cell value accorrding to the two dates ranges as the sheet
as example
i want to give every employee who is have 1 year of experiance or less 5 USD as experiance gift and for the employee who have from 1 year to 3 years 10 USD and 15 USD for every employee who have 3 to 5 years experiance according to the today date
