I wanted to create Daily in and Out Excel Sheet For my Jewelery Business.

Hello Sir,
I wanted to create One excel sheet for my business accounting (Excel because I can also edit in my Mobile) where I have to add daily In and Out of Cash and make it automate so record automatically updated to the respective Clients.

Sir Please guide me from where to start to create such file and I can access it from Mobile by Using Cloud service like DropBox etc.

Are you trying to replicate cash ledger in Excel?

As a startup you can see the attached file, downloaded from Microsoft Website. This can be taken further to your requirement.

For very fast response. This is very nice excel sheet but I want it to make more advance like I want to also add Client Name and it's complete transaction in seprate sheet and also wanted to auto update into that sheet when I depostie some amount for the respective client.

Will You help me to achive this ?

The same can be done via summary sheet. For the clients you can put a dropdown list.

How many clients do you have currently? And what is the frequency of addition or deletion of the client list?

I have 31 clients and have to maintain the account like they purchase gold ornaments from me and I have to collect money twice in every week. So I have to make deposit collected amount into their respective account. There is very rare chance of deleting client account but in every 2 or 3 month I am adding new clients into my list.

Meanwhile one question- will there be always credit and no debits & what are the essential details which you require like party name/Date of transaction/Type of Transaction and other?

Hello sir,
Some time we do debits also like I also buy Gold from other distributors as a row metal. Essential details I require is like party name, descriptions, mode of transactions like cheques or cash or gold and date of transaction etc.
