I have data in excel B2:B4,B6:B7,B9 cell have letter "a" then 12.5% in cell D10 & B5,B8 cell have letter "r" then 12.5% in cell D10 means all these value in that cell then 25& in cell D10 if any one missing or blank or different then i want 0 or one part calculation means 12.5% i mention expected result in attach file so please help me

Try something like this :

=12.5*(((COUNTIF(B2:B4,"a")+COUNTIF(B6:B7,"a")+COUNTIF(B9:B9,"a"))=(ROWS(B2:B4)+ROWS(B6:B7)+ROWS(B9)))+((COUNTIF(B5:B5,"r")+COUNTIF(B8:B8,"r"))=(ROWS(B5:B5)+ROWS(B8:B8))))
