I have data in 4 columns called: Project, Week, Budget, Actual ... How simpler can it be ? However, I cant find the way to get what I need. Can someone help please ?

I would like one chart for each Project, showing Budget and Actual for each Week (the x axis). As there are over 350 projects, building each chart separately is not an option.

In Excel 2010, is there a way to create multiple charts or Pivot Charts per record similar to the way one might use the ‘Show Report Filter Pages’ option to create multiple Pivot Tables?

Or is there any other way to get each project's chart one after the other ?

Hi ,

My suggestion would be to make the chart dynamic and interactive , so that when the project identifier ( name , ID or any other ) is selected from a drop-down , the appropriate chart is shown.

Forget about building each chart separately , even if you are able to create 350 charts in a simple way , how are you going to display them ? One after the other ?

The basic requirement is that whatever chart you select , that particular chart should be displayed ; this means you need a mechanism to select any chart from the 350 , and secondly , you need a mechanism to create and display the chosen chart.
