Hyperlink word document in excel

Hi
I have an excel sheet with hyperlink (navigation bar) of all the different sheets in that excel. I want to add also a word document as hyperlink to this sheet. How do i do it? Suppose if i need to export this document to an email how do i do that? Pls help!
