How to write a formula - File given along with Comments

Hi Frnds,

Please help. I was trying the conditional formatting but the same is not happening as the NUMBERS are different in all the cells.

Thank U Misraji. It is working. The same applies for if I want to use the smallest Number by using MIN.

Yeah you can use like =I3<MIN(B3:G3)

Adjust the range.
