How to use a formula of sumif & average

Use above function to get desired answer.

Hi,
In this formula it is calculating all the cells whereas I want only the cells in which "P" is written with average NOH worked.

if I calculate manually it will be
8:35 hrs worked on an average for 5 days only out of 12days.

In case you can use the AVERAGEIFS function , you can use :

=AVERAGEIFS(E3:AI3,E2:AI2,"NOH",F2:AJ2,"Status",F3:AJ3,"P")
