how to sort data in pivottable

Hello,

When i create my pivottable it looks like figure 1 below. But i want to know how to sort the pivottable so that it looks like figure 2? ex. jan jan, feb feb, mar, mar, apr, apr etc. and the total are ok at the end like they are.

If you're wanting totals, then it would seem that the "# of claims" and "Estimate..." fields should be in the Data area of your PivotTable, not column labels.

So, Facility is your Row field, Month (or date?) is your column field, # of claims and Estimate... are both in your data field. If you still want the month labels to repeat like that, go to the Design - Report Layout - Repeat Item labels.
