How to show Data progess with icon set with linked Chart..

Can anyone please help me with this i want to show Data progress threw icon set.

thank you for support but when m applying this condition to another sheet thats not giving me correct icon, what wrong with it where m doing mistake..

You have to select Formula in CF dialogue box, you have selected Percent. See the file.

Steps:

1. Apply the rule on B3.
2. Copy format with format painter and paste on individual cell of column B.
3. Repeat the above steps for each columns.
