how to schedule particular date time Excel to mail using VBA

I need small help.Already i have created one macro file auto email from excel to mail but i don't know how to create particular date and time ?could you tell me.

Perhaps setting a schedule in Windows Scheduler to open an Excel file and have a Macro Auto Execute.
