How to paste chart without losing chart data.

Hi Team

I have attached a file in which there are four charts of big sizes.

I need to paste these charts in to 1 slide of PPT. All 4 charts in 1 slides. But when I am doing this the axis bar losing the information when I am shrinking the chart.

So please help, is there any ways to paste all the four charts in one slide. as I have to show this to management in PDF.

Please advise.

You don't have to shrink the charts just select them and paste them in PPT. After pasting you can adjust the size. Although all 4 charts in 1 PPT slide they may be kind of difficult to read. If your goal is to go to PDF maybe consider downloading a free PDF printer and using that to "print" the charts to PDF.
