How to keep a 4 digits number after the decimal point?

Hey there,

I am typing 234,9876 this number into Excel cells but it is always showing 2,349,876 no matter how to set up the Format Cells options or by customing the format.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

PS my EXCEL version is Excel for Mac 2010.
