How to Ignore Blank Cells & get the cell with value

Dear Sir,

I have uploaded a file.
There I want the desired results in P2, P3 & in P4.

Kindly help. I have tried lot using Index & Match, ISERROR, MODE etc but yet to get concrete result.

Pls note that here I have given an instance only, there are few Models which have more than 10 Rows. I mean more than 10 Rows are merged for a particular Model only. Here for MB 40 no of merged cells are only 5.

Pls help me.

Sorry desired results would be in P2, Q2 & R2 cells.

See the attached file with array formula. Note your MB 40 in column A has a trailing space.
