Is there a recorder for Shortcut Keys in Excel? (like Macro Recorder, but for shortcut keys)

So everything you do with Excel, it can show all the possible shortcut keys for the actions?

We have screentip for some shortcut keys like help.

I wonder if we can display shortcut keys for all the actions in real time for whatever we do...

Hi ,

Pressing the / ( forward slash ) key brings up the shortcut key letters for each of the menu items at the top-most level , to be used in conjunction with the ALT key.

For example , ALT P is for bringing up the Page Layout section of the Ribbon.

Keeping the ALT key pressed will show the shortcut key letters for all the menu options at the highest level ; pressing P next will display all the shortcut key letters for the menu options at that level.

Thus the Print Area option shows the letter R ; having kept the ALT key pressed , and having pressed P , pressing R will now display the options S for Set Print Area , and C for Clear Print Area.
