How to Create a TAB on a Menu Bar

Hi Team,

I have a new project, actually it is just an update of the previous one. However, they me to create a new TAB NAME on a Menu Bar. Please see attached screenshot.

Right click on a Tab
Customize the Ribbon
New Tab

then use Rename top Rename the New Tab
Use New Group to add groups
Add custom Icons to run your own macros

Please check this and the screenshot, my colleague forwarded to me.
I am really unsure how to do this, I have not used macros, and also I cannot determine how to create the new tab for the MENU BAR.

Click on File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon -> New Tab

Do you realize that you've uploaded twice the same screen image cropped file that is absolute unuseful?
Have you followed Hui's suggestion?
And first of all, what about posting a sample of your actual file so as to analyze it?
Furthermore, have you asked your colleague before posting here?

May I also ask about creating a VBA before you can run a Macro? I am not familiar creating this macro.
